Transpacific Marine Co., Ltd. was incorporated in Taiwan, in 1969.

In the early 1970s, TMC joined the move to FRP and built molds for the Vagabond 47’ sailboat along with
the first four vessels. In the mid-70s, TMC worked with Art Kadey and James Krogen to develop and build
the tooling and early production of the Kadey Krogen 42’ powerboats.

From about 1977 to 1986, TMC designed and built the TRANSPAC 49 center cockpit ketches, which
became, and continue to be, popular offshore cruisers in North America and Europe.

In the 1980s, production of the EAGLE 32’ powerboat began. Later the 46’ - 52’, CORSICAN planning motor
yachts were built, and in the 90s, the EAGLE 40’ motor yachts were designed and put into production.
The American marine design firm of Ken Hankinson & Associates provided plans for the Corsican Motor
Yachts and the Eagle Series.

Continuing with design and styling similar to the 32 & 40 foot EAGLES is the Eagle 53’ motor yacht,
capable of over 15 knots cruising speeds and over 20 knots with large engines. She can be built in 2 or 3
stateroom layouts. Some new models are on the drawing board.

With over 40 years of Asian boat building experience, including the last 12 years of producing our Eagles
in China, we believe the quality, performance, and price of our yachts reflects our years of accumulated
experience resulting in numerous advantages to our buyers. To profit from our experience, we're setting
up a new boatyard in Eastern China, and welcome new design inquiries. We would also be interested in
producing yachts for which the molds are already made.
American design and decades of building yachts in Asia are among the unique assets of TRANSPACIFIC
MARINE that benefit all owners of their China-built yachts. Over 40 years ago, Nancy and Ennals Ives,
Transpac's founders, began living in Taiwan and working in the yacht business.

Sailing their own boats in California prepared Nancy and Ennals, to understand the necessity of high
quality and strong, safe methods of construction that have become constant characteristics of all
Transpac and Eagle vessels. Nancy and Ennals background and experience in sail and powerboat
cruising, and knowing how yachts will perform in various weather conditions, has contributed to the
success of Transpac yachts.

Early in the life of Transpac, Nancy and Ennals recognized the necessity to involve a local partner.
Consequently the current President, prominent Taiwan business woman, Mary Chou, joined the
company. Nancy is still closely involved as a very "hands on" consultant.

The Transpac staff has excellent communication skills in English, Chinese and Italian, ensuring that each
buyer's request is accurately explained to the workforce. Limited production enables Transpac to pay
attention to the small details, as well as to the overall construction and outfitting of the entire boat.
Eagle owners, during their visits to our boatyard, always remain impressed by the quality control
measures in place. Our limited production enables us to carefully follow every stage of construction and
to see that all requests for optional equipment and modifications are correctly provided and installed. Our
emphasis has always been on high quality and customization, in a limited number of yachts.

While the Eagle Yachts are constructed in China, many of the fittings, finishing materials & machinery are
imported from the United States, Europe and Taiwan insuring high quality finish and equipment that can
be serviced in many ports.

Eagle layouts provide a comfortable and spacious environment. Large staterooms, expansive living
space, and abundant space for outside relaxing are the main features of our boats. The saloon and galley
are exceptional with considerable storage for varied sizes of gear, and are beyond what one would
normally see on a yacht of this size.

Competitive pricing, high quality construction and finish, well thought out interior plans, plus good
handling and performance make Eagles attractive to yachtsmen worldwide.
